Business Development Managers:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Grow profitable revenue of a specific sales area with the responsibility of executing the sales model and strategy for the area.
• Total profit and loss responsibility for the area which includes organically growing the business, maintaining current business, monitoring gross profit levels, and budget control.
• Responsible for forecasting, territory strategy, deal strategy and client interfacing.
• Build effective working relationship between the field and corporate sales organizations and corporate support functions.
• Manage performance, mentor, coach and lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Hold sales force accountable for results by measuring and managing performance, developing/coaching staff, and problem/exception resolution.
• Responsible for monthly sales meetings, bi-weekly one-on-one meetings, and recruiting.
• Continuously improve the consistency, discipline and rigor of sales process and practices, incorporating innovative sales and account management principles; continue to evolve the sales force from transactional to a consultative, solution selling model.
• Build a strong team by providing coaching, mentoring, and developmental opportunities for employees.
• Provide leadership to the sales staff by establishing expectations to improve their bottom-line performance and understanding of the business, industry trends and market intelligence.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• 7+ years managerial and sales experience

Typical work activities
The day-to-day activities of management consultants are often complex and varied. Consultancy is essentially entrepreneurial in nature and project-based. Projects can vary in length depending on the type of consultancy, firm and the demands of the client. They can involve an individual or a large team. They can be based at one site or across several international borders.
Typical tasks, particularly for new graduate recruits involve:
• Carrying out research and data collection;
• Conducting analysis;
• Interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders;
• Running focus groups and facilitating workshops;
• Preparing business proposals/presentations;
• Spending the majority of time at the client’s site.
In addition to the above, tasks for more experienced and senior consultants involve:
• Identifying issues and forming hypotheses;
• Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions;
• Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions;
• Managing projects and programmes;
• Leading and managing those within the team, including analysts;
• Larger leadership role in the management of client relationships.
Management Trainers:
• A minimum of 10 years of work expereince; at least 5 of which should include management expereince in his/her field of expertise, i.e. (Sales, Marketing, HR, IT).
• Native level of the Turkish & English Language.
• Excellent communication skills.
